"The property was poorly maintained. Trash and dog poo littered the outside areas. The bathtub floor looked as though it had never been scrubbed. A lamp was broken and missing a lampshade. The mirror above the sink was crooked and seemed to be hung with a single clip. The wall around the sink was moldy and water damaged from above. The furniture was chipped and falling apart. There was a roasted chicken in my refrigerator from a past guest. The mattress was worn out, I could hear the springs grind together when I got up and down. After I checked in I was informed there was no air conditioning only a fan or heat. Sleeping in the morning after 7 am is impossible due to the staff moving furniture while cleaning and running maids carts up and down the sidewalk on both stories. This property needs immediate attention and restoration."

"The area has older buildings, but seemed quite safe for 2 women in their 70s. The pool has been paved over. The room was clean. Great value for the price."

"The room amenities were all easy to use, and we were able to borrow dishes as well. It was also nice that there was an ice tray available."

"Overall, the staff was super nice. Was there was one woman with glasses working in the front desk that looked very unhappy to be there. I was gonna ask her something, but I thought twice and looked it up online instead. "

"The place was in shambles. I would never stay there. The only thing that was acceptable was the staff. They were super understanding when we said we couldn’t stay there. The staff was way too good for the property. I really hope the owner changes the place soon."
