"This place was ok for a one-night stay, but felt pretty cheap for a hotel that actually wasn’t that cheap. We got a room with a private bathroom and ate at their restaurant area since they have no shared kitchen space. The food wasn't good at all, but the staff was extremely friendly and let many people order food even though the kitchen was supposed to close. We decided not to stick around for breakfast since the dinner food was so mediocre, so I couldn’t comment on if it's worth the extra...

"After a long day exploring Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and ice caves, this stay felt like a reward. This guesthouse was truly one of our favorites of the entire trip.
