"Not sure where to start. The kiddie pool was being cold. It was too frigid for the boys to play in. However, the pool for the slide (which you can’t play in), the water was fine. The water was too cold for the big pool also. The next issue was that the resort just wasn’t clean and updated. We walked around the room in slides and flip flops because the carpet looked filthy and the chair in the room was dirty.
