"We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! There was a dishwasher as well! The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and...

"This was our third time staying at Sonesta. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and return on occasion to visit family. The accommodations are great for the price in my opinion. It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. That certainly wouldn’t prevent us from returning!"

"My only complaint would be i stayed three days but on the second day my room key didnt work so I had to have them do it again. I was told it was because the employees are lazy and only ever do it for one day...kind of odd if you ask me. And to know that it's being done on a regular basis but it doesn't get fixed is beyond me."

"I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

"Room was spotless and comfortable, lots of close parking, liked having coffee 24/7. The breakfast was just ok. Was option of sausage and over easy egg rounds at 6am one day and the other days at 8 they didn’t have much out. They had some bagels and muffins. A couple of yogurts in the fridge. Usual waffle machine. Overall though it’s an older yet well maintained hotel. The room was immaculately clean which to me makes all the difference. It was very quiet when I was there but I worked nights."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. We were on 2nd floor; 3rd floor guest were quite noisy and may have been kids as there was moderate clumping across the floor for a couple hours, but then quiet after that. "
