"Wonderful magical gardens . Lovely friendly staff . Great gym . Although breakfast good all other meals were very tasteless . Even the mayonnaise and butter were of poor quality . After paying for one of your best rooms we were left very disappointed . The old fashioned shower wasn’t really of 5 star standard . Also the lack of electricity for half a day wasn’t great .
One last thing . I loved the enthusiasm of the staff but didn’t enjoy Bay City Rollers beating out at breakfast just as I’d...

"Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a little sparse but the location and outdoor facilities were great. I stayed in a room facing the ocean. Fantastic. Much better than a pool room.
Should note that this hotel will not refund cancellations even though their policy says so. Beware. "
