"the property needs a maintenance overhaul. ie signs are peeling, glass around pool is moldy and cloudy. Food choice is very limited and expensive for 2 or more days it adds up. Basic Room was a dark box, window looked out to brush and toward walkway 2' away so had to keep curtains closed. The larger rooms may have been better. I would not recommend to others for overnight stays."

"Extremely relaxing for the most part. What wasn’t relaxing is the inattention of staff. I waited for a member of staff to order a pre-dinner drink, after 15 minutes I went to the bar /restaurant payment area. No staff. The bartender said he could do it for me. I gave him my order and returned to my seat some distance away. Having had my pre-dinner drink it was time to order dinner and a second drink. I waited 25 minutes with an empty glass. The 3 staff members were hovering around the payment...

"The property is in an awesome location with a great relaxing vibe. The only downside was that the room we had was quite dated. Bed wasn’t so comfortable and the tvs were old, the one in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Plenty to do without needing a tv but it would have been nice to unwind at times in the room."

"Elegant room. Jetted spa bath leaked but didn’t impact our stay. Bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking but I’m sure others like it, just wasn’t very supportive. TV offered stream play from photo to tv, however was extremely laggy and unwatchable when we tried. Staff were lovely and grounds were picturesque."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ettalong Beach Tourist Resort. The resort is beautiful, with a lovely design and atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable and a good size for three people. We especially loved the balcony, which made the room feel very pleasant, and the air conditioning worked very well. One disappointment was the lack of a general lift. The only lift seemed to be for guests with accessibility needs. I completely understand the need for an accessible lift, but having at least one...

10/10 Cemerlang
"The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
