"The rooms are very very basic. Not even a mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer or iron and ironing board in the room. The bathroom basin was tiny with old fashioned seperate hot and cold water taps. We asked WiFi but were not given even a password with the reason being that it didn't extend to our room and the technician is on holidays. The bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night so it was fine for that."
"We stayed in a really spacious clean modern dog friendly cabin! A nice driveway park next to the cabin, easy to moveuer from outside to inside. The deck was spacious with two bar stools overlooking the pond with ducks and geese. The deck has a breakfast bench so nice spot to enjoy a morning cuppa.

"We had a fantastic stay at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort and Conference Centre. The resort had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we especially loved the heated pool — it was perfect for enjoying some downtime.
The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and so accommodating throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, which really made the experience even better.
