"The bed in the room was the best we have slept in for a very long time. The dinner at the Catalina Restaurant was second to none ! We will be back in two weeks for a further two night stay. Cannot recommend Novotel highly enough. 100% first class accommodation."

The staff were so helpful, my room was great ,and with the improvements it'll only get better. What a location too, loved we were looking out over the ocean, and an easy walk into town. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back."

"Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time."

"This is a great hotel with a very convenient location to the Sydney Harbor. We were able to walk everywhere and were also right next to Circular Quay. Many of our tours also picked us up either at the hotel or nearby at the harbor. Club level food was good and drinks were also nice. The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job daily. The guys who helped with baggage and cars were so nice and helpful. Great hotel experience overall!"
