"We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul. Thank you North Star! "

"It was a great option for a family with young children. Our kids loved the splash park, waterslides, and the various pools. Facilities were great. Location was convenient, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Clean enough - there was dust on top of fridge and under bed (it moved). Overall it was clean and good location. Didn’t appreciate we had to take the garbage out and put in the chute - wish it was known. Furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Better coffee instead of just powdered. Maybe a bottled waters when people arrive. And WiFi range was not great in bedroom. I would still recommend this - we were staying in some 5 star properties before getting here - hence my expectation was higher....

"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. The kids loved the kanagroos. the whole property feels...
