"From the time we walked through the front doors, the hotel and staff were warm and inviting. Claudia was so delightful and took good care of our family taking special care that we had everything we needed for our special needs son. And the room … it was wonderful. Everything was extremely clean and set up to meet all our needs. It was a wonderful experience!"

"The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best! "
