"**1/5 stars — Completely Unacceptable: Hotel Closed After Confirmed Reservation** I arrived at this hotel at 1:00 AM after a long drive, only to find the place completely shut down — doors locked, nobody there, completely dark. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia and received zero notice that this property had closed. As a truck driver, I don't have the luxury of showing up at a hotel during business hours. "It is clear that the rooms do not receive deep cleaning in between guests, as there was notable buildup, residue, splatter on everything that doesn’t typically get cleaned (window, chairs, walls, light switches, etc). The bare minimum cleaning and sanitizing is done. The walls are paper thin (avoid joint room at all costs). Although the staff was excellent and polite, just need a cleaning lesson."
