"Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. "

"Our pet was treated like the royalty that he deserves, the staff was great and the facilities impressive. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed a comfortable stay with our two dogs. The one thing I might mention is that although the property is dog friendly, they didn't have a potty station for disposal of pet waste. We always clean up after our dogs, but we weren't sure where they preferred us to dispose of the waste bags. Also, I think if there was a pet station on the property there would be less waste left in the grass around the property."

"Was told we would have breakfast. It was discontinued months ago. When you expect things that are told you wouldhave its very disappointing to not have it available."
