"We visit here annually, but this year the amenities and attention to detail was worse than the Covid years. Daily room cleaning is finally back, terrible food, long waits for food and bar, inexperienced spa therapist, staff shortage- sir behind the bar was incredible but clearly exhausted. "
"We spent two days at Pine Crest Motel & Cabins and truly enjoyed our stay. The place is pleasant and very peaceful — perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and very warm and welcoming. We had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. And if we needed anything at all, we simply had to ask — the service was attentive and efficient.
We will definitely be returning! A wonderful place that we highly recommend"
"The breakfast gave options of cooking a fresh waffle, heating a pancake or having cereal. Additionally, fresh fruit, 2 juices, coffee, snack cakes, bagels, english muffins and toast.
Our 2nd stay. We opted for the extra-large room last time. We should have opted for it again as the one queen bedroom was just large enough to walk between the bed and TV with a tiny 2 chair table to the side. The bathroom was small. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the old, smaller tup/shower combo.
A fabulous location. An older hotel with lots of potential awaiting whoever the potential new owner may be once they renovate one of the three buildings that house 45-50 rooms and modernize the outdoor amenities and add new ones."
"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We booked the hotel because of its location as well as the hot tub and pool. The ceiling in the pool area is falling down in many areas and we could not get in the hot tub because it was dirty and covered with hair floating all over the water. The room was nice and it was clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade room as well!"
"This motel has a description of a top rated breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast room. The breakfast is a bagged meal to take back to your room and heat in the microwave. This of course should be told up front. Clearly not the top rated breakfast as advertised .
The room was basic and clean but the heat was constantly on so it was stifling hot. Unfortunately the clerk wasn't able to do anything about it until maintenance the next day after we left."
