"As visitors at Mayo we were unsure where to stay. This hotel is clean, staff is nice, beds are so comfortable, pillows are standard size, bathrooms are good size. Rates are good. It is a 15 minute drive to the Gonda Building. You have room to move and breathe in this room. Parking is convenient and air conditioning works well."

"Bed was comfortable, nice staff, but the property needs a little TLC but the breakfast is pretty good. I wish they had conditioner and not just shampoo. Good for the price overall. I would stay there again (I live out of town and stay for doctors appointments at Mayo)"

"The property grounds were very nice and well kept. The interior was well kept and clean. The room was clean and spacious but could use some minimal maintenance such as touchup paint, patching a hole created by the door handle in the sleeping area and fixing the icemaker in the freezer section of the refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful. Overall it was a good place to stay and budget friendly."

"The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street."

"Good location in downtown Rochester. Lots of good eateries nearby. Art walk tour is interesting."

"You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding"

"I loved it was right across the street from Mayo Clinic. On Thursday evenings downtown they have a marvelous festival with music and so many vendors. You have to check out the fudge. The staff was great and I received immediate results from questions and requests."

"We were surprised with an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was a very welcome treat for a mom of toddlers! The suite was spacious and clean with room for a pack n play, stroller wagon, and floor puzzles while still being able to freely move around. The setup is perfect for family and long-term stays especially. A great mini-cation for my kids and me!"

"Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. This stay put my wife at ease during our visit. Such great staff, too. Thank you Nicole!"
