"The room was nice & clean on arrival, the AC was already on when we opened the door after a hot days travelling. The staff were all nice, Tammy, Stephanie & Robin on the front desk couldn't help us enough with anything we needed. Our room "maid" Omar was great as well. The pool was really nice & the view from the hotel was perfect being on the outskirts of town. Breakfast was really nice, with a good selection of fruit everyday & some nice "breakfast tea" for the Brits. We enjoyed our stay...

"We called ahead of time and asked if their pool was open and they said yes, then when we got there they tell us it's closed. It used to be a great place stay but now it's gone down hill terribly. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, it's not worth the money."

"Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms."
