"The check in was very efficient and informative. The room was everything that was needed. Clean, cozy and good view. The only let down was the front entry into the property due to construction going on out front. No fault of the hotel. The parking under the building was easy and spacious and made it easier for entry and exit with the property. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a very good property to stay at."

"Everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. Clean white cotton linen. Spacious bathroom. Plates, glasses, mugs, crockery. A peaceful night’s sleep."

"An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"Great hotel and the staff were super helpful. The only thing I would point out was that the room received a call at 7:20am which woke us up. I did not managed to answer it and nobody was able to tell me who called. "

"The hotel itself has a really cool vibe throughout. Everything is well-maintained and also retro chic. The restaurant is fantastic. We went to high tea and cannot say enough about how wonderful the offerings were. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. Also, have to say the tub was fantastic and very deep so made for a wonderful evening hot soak with bath salts readily available!! The only thing I will say is a possible negative is that the parking garage...
