Hotels near Early Mountain Vineyards

"Parking was easy and available. Check in was not so good. The hotel has a sign and on their website that states check-in is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and they did not have a room for us nor could they even check us in. Three other customers were also told to wait for a room. They would not offer us a different room. We had to wait in the lobby until we reapproached the desk to check again on if a room was available. It was very inefficient and frustrating. "

"I requested to have by reservation be changed to one night ahead of the original date. To have done so my $130 a night room wash going to be penalized with $130 charge. I was not going to pay double for the room; therefore it set empty costing me $130. No I am not happy!"

"The 2 bedroom place that we stayed at was very quiet. We felt like we were the only ones in that area. The facility was nice, there were things that needed to be fixed or updated. We were out the room most of the weekend and were only in the room to sleep. They definitely need to look at the beds. I could feel the springs in the mattress."

"We were rebooked here due to the previous location overselling. It worked great for us because the location and rooms were better...but the staff was the best part. Not only did reception help us with an early check-in even though the place was full from the night before, but the gentleman (I forgot his name, works only weekends mostly, grey hair, maybe British accent) at the front desk was kind, chatty, engaged...all the things. Very pleasant experience!"
