"Was surprised when we found out there is now a $10/night parking fee. Also we booked a king room and received 2 queen bed room. Staff is good. Did not participate in breakfast. We have always stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this time we we're a little surprised at the changes."

"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Having used a third party booking platform, we were advised that our receipt would be sent by them, thus none issued at the property. Property required a $10.00 deposit for personal use, which was supposed to be credited back to our credit card, if no charges. Three days later, none of those things have happened. Otherwise, everything at the property was very good"

"There is no microwave in the bedroom no fridge, no fan in the bathroom the pool the chlorine is so strong and strong smell of mold or something it left bleach marks on my daughters bathing suit. I wouldn't recommend staying here."
