"This beautiful property is conveniently located near Revelstoke Mountain, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, we experienced a serious safety issue: the bathtub lacked non-slip coating or a bath mat, making it extremely treacherous. I slipped while getting out, injuring my elbow, and had to cover the floor with towels just to safely exit, which took nearly 15 minutes. I reported this to the front desk at checkout, but the severity was dismissed, and management never followed up. This is a major safety hazard that needs immediate attention to prevent future guest injuries"

"Very nicely renovated older hotel. Comfortable bed with quality sheets and blankets. Property is quiet although you can sometimes hear the trains across the street but it didn’t affect my sleep. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful especially when I requested some ice. My king bed room was small and the only way to watch TV is lying on the bed. Would stay again for an overnight stay."
