A few things to be aware of before booking: the Sequoia building has no elevator, and there is no air conditioning. Cooling relies on a ceiling fan and a box fan seemingly used in the window openings. The interiors feel noticeably dated, and the bathrooms carry a faint mildew smell. Overall, the rooms themselves could use a serious freshening up. That said, it was an overall pleasant stay, just don't expect anything beyond the basics when it comes to the accommodations themselves. For food, there's pizza available during lunch hours and a full-service restaurant for dinner. There's also a convenient on-site convenience store stocked with souvenirs and quick snacks.
