"The room was nice. The free breakfast was excellent. The bad news is the pillows were awful. They were so soft it was like having no pillow at all. Get some firm pillows please."

"Overall everything was good! Nice hotel, I really liked the layout of the room and the breakfast was great with lots of choices! The only thing I was disappointed with is I payed extra to have a room on the top floor and I did not get that! They said the hotel was full and I was no longer getting a room on the top floor. At about 4am I was abruptly awaken by loud noises from above (my heart was a racing). The noises went on for about 10-15mins! No compensation was offered."

"Great spot to stay, the room we were in had a mini kitchen that had everything we needed. The only bummer part was that when booking we made sure to get a hotel that had a pool because of the hot weather, but when we got there the pool was under construction and was already filled with concrete. Most likely will be turned into a bigger gym or maybe a conference area? Either way, we didn’t get to enjoy a pool like expected. :/"

"The elevators opened from the opposite side from where you walked in. The windows didn’t looked down at the parking lot or to the back of the building but onto an inter middle garden."
