"Hotel is in a convenient location, newly remodeled (some construction still ongoing), offers a clean and comfortable stay. Front desk staff were courteous and attentive. There is an espresso machine in the lobby that makes a great hot drink anytime you want one. The breakfast was hot and tasty. If you don’t like super fluffy pillows, which I don’t, bring your own. Overall a great place to stay and I would book again hands down."

"It was dirty, pool was dirty, breakfast was a joke. Milk and food all over the floor. Anytime we brought up issues to the staff they just stared at you. A lady was stuck in the elevator for 40 mins. Never got my deposit back. Had metal pieces broken off in outlets in reach of children. Used tampons in the tissue area from a prior guest after they cleaned."

"The stay was OK. I expected more since it had the Marriott name on the hotel. I was given a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby, and sharing a wall with the kitchen. It was terrible, to say the least. Very noisy, lots of clanging around, loud voices from the lobby into the night. The manager was less than accomodating. I was told that there were no other rooms since they were all "preassigned" and when I asked for help with my heating/cooling system (since I couldnt get the fan to stay on to mask the noise) I was told that the fan will no longer run continuously since its a "safety hazard to not keep shutting off and on thru the night", even though our friends on another floor had theirs continuously run in "fan" mode. Also, the hotel smelled of weed on several occasions even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast cost extra, and even ice in your drink cost $3 extra at the bar. Prices were very steep,and food looked OK on the menu, but I only saw one time where food was being made for customers. Everyone else stayed away. Not sure if it was the prices or the quality of food. I would not stay here again, and am disappointed by the Marriott name being on this hotel.. "

"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."

"Decent hotel for a couple nights. Clean overall, just wish they had an elevator. Breakfast was decent for being free. Night staff was nice. "

"The handicapped access through the backdoor had a huge trip hazard going both directions at the bottem of the walk/ramp to avoid stepping up the curbing."

"Our stay was terrible. No staff at the front desk. We finally checked in and there was so much marajuana smoke in the hallway that we almost called the fire department. The smoke was coming into our room and we got no sleep that night. The staff does not monitor the hotel. There was no breakfast at 9 am. UNACCEPTABLE! We will never stay in a Baymont hotel again. "
