"Switched to 2 different rooms for air conditioning not working and still did not work, front desk wouldn’t do anything more about it. Room was very warm."

"My stay was absolutely horrific. Found two bed bugs in our room. Asked for a different room and could only provide us with a single bed room to accommodate, which we needed a double bed. Whole hotel is under remodel. Elevator doesn’t work, light fixtures in hallways are open and wires exposed to children and teens. Worst hotel experience in my life we had to leave and stay somewhere else. Attempted to get refund and personnel at desk apparently doesn’t know how either. "
