"The ceiling in the shower had black mold and that area had a leak while taking a shower. The night manager said he couldn’t do anything about it and was not willing to notify the manager. The day manager was unaware of the situation until I showed her a picture of the ceiling. She was upset because she was unaware of the situation and took the room out of service and would look into it. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable."

"This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are always so clean and the rooms and hallways smell amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable too. The staff have always been very friendly and always greet you as you walk in or out. They constantly text to ask if there’s anything f they can do for you and to see if you need anything. "Staff was friendly. Parking was adequate. We were there for the Indy 500, so -- of course -- we paid an outrageous price for the room. Although a coffeemaker was advertised, it was not provided. TV was tricky to turn on and off. There were no lamps -- just harsh overhead lighting. Best thing: plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure."
