"The location is great right by the arch. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part, however there was a dead cockroach in the room that was quite disturbing. But the staff did make up for it and provided a credit. Parking garage was steep and super cramped each space was by a massive concrete pillar. "Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped."

The employees at the Magnolia were nice and thoughtful including the valet services! The game room had shuffleboard and billiards which we took advantage of multiple times. "The hotel was beautiful in a great location , the complaints I had during our stay include the air kept turning off sounding like an old man coughing. I also used the hotel blow dryer and it caught on fire on me , my husband had to go to service desk for another ."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."
