"Upon our arrival until our departure, everyone made this place feel like home. I am booking our next room as we speak. This is the best service and stay that I have ever had. I highly doubt I’ll ever book anywhere else. When they say that they are a full service hotel, believe it! We didn’t lift a finger. The restaurants, Starbucks, and over all safety won me over as well. See ya next month! "

"I really like the look of the hotel and the room was clean and huge. My only complaint was it took two hours to bring towels and would’ve taken longer if I didn’t call again. The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. Food came in huge take out containers even though we were eating there. The service was slow! Maybe I would stay again but would not go to the Bistro."

"Clean room, microwave, fridge, and coffemaker were perfect. Clean, comfortable bed, great pillows, and a good breakfast. No chrome cast for the TV, bring an hdmi cable."

"Maybe the shining light (of many) of this property is that the Metro rail line is almost right outside of the hotel door. It is really about a 5-7 minute walk away, and exceedingly convenient. I was able to take the Metro from the airport right to the hotel. I was not expecting that, and it made my stay so much easier...along with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The room was very clean and wonderful as was the lobby. Good security measure by making entrance to the hotel contingent on having a hotel room key at night. Same with entrance into the elevator. A really nice added bonus was the food available at the nearby casino. But really...having that rail line right next to the hotel was great and allowed me to not have to rent a car during my stay to St. Louis. I would not hesistate to stay here again."
