"The location is great right by the arch. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part, however there was a dead cockroach in the room that was quite disturbing. But the staff did make up for it and provided a credit. Parking garage was steep and super cramped each space was by a massive concrete pillar. "Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped."

There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"There were too many vehicles fir the area. They had valet parking for the night but we were scared that someone would take our other belongings out of our vehicle when we slept. "Pros: Rooms were clean. Had a fridge. The view of the arch was nice. No smoking in the casino! Great restaurants in the casino but pricey. Bed was comfortable. Nice park walking distance from hotel with a great view of the river, arch, and courthouse. Cons: No microwave. Windows need cleaning. Train right outside window and they start early. The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallway and woke us up. This went on for hours."
