"This hotel was really dirty. The lobby looked nice and we were greeted by nice staff, but when we got to our room it felt anything but like home. There was hair on the bed and pillows, including inside the sheets. There was rice caked onto the chair, the bed cover with the logo looked really ratty and had something also caked onto it. There were crumbs everywhere and the grout in the bathroom looked atrocious. We were disgusted and went back to the front desk to see if they could reclean—...

Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, aber auf Fragen wie zum Beispiel nach einem Raucherbereich nicht vorbereitet, und es gab auch keine entsprechende Beschilderung. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, aber nicht ganz sauber. Da wir nur eine Zimmerkarte hatten, war es manchmal etwas unhandlich, da man für alles im Haus, wie z. B. die Nutzung des Fahrstuhls oder das Öffnen einiger Türen, die Karte benötigt."

"Lovely hotel conveniently situated outside of the centre, allowing for a quieter stay and better night sleep. The beds are very soft, you just sink in to them which makes them comfy but made me a bit too warm, still got good enough sleep so can't complain too much. The room was spacious and bathroom clean. I did drop my pen on the floor at one point and the floors under the bed did not look to have been cleaned recently. The transport into the centre was easy once you do it once. You take a bus...
