"Had a really lovely 4 nights at the inn. Owned by a really lovely and friendly couple. Room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. You get to use a lot of the property as well as the room. There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. "We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We attended an event at the nearby Nevada County Fairgrounds and stayed for one night. The staff were pleasant. The room was large, with a full kitchen, very nice bathroom, and comfortable bed. Super clean and homey. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great. Located right in the heart of town and just two miles from the fairgrounds. "

"The check in was really quick. The place is nice. When we walked in, the beddings were stained. But, the lady changed it for us. The parking is a little tight but it all worked out. The stay was really pleasant. Note the following: There are really no amenities provided. There's no breakfast There's no pool No irons inside the rooms. No laundry service No room service There is a hair dryer, a microwave, and a fridge. It's very plain. Okay for a quick overnight stay. "
