"Stay at Westerly was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. Also extremely kind people. Everything is very clean and all furniture/appliances are new. Another plus is that the beds are very comfy. The food was amazing and drinks are even better. They pay very close attention to detail and want to make sure you have a stress-free vacation. Beautiful beach with no seaweed, and great beachside food/drink service. Truly lives up to the islands motto of “One Happy Island”. Overall...

"Be sure to lock your valuables in the safe. Wife kept her wedding rings in a small jewelry bag that was kept in the dresser since she didn’t want to wear them for breakfast/pool area. Come back and room was cleaned. Getting ready to go out to dinner that night and wedding band is missing. Unfortunately no proof that cleaning team took it, but it was sure a coincidence.Report it missing, but we already knew it was gone. You never think it will happen to you until it does. "Not a fan. Very low staff. Rooms stunk like sewage, always out of food. No help ever. Check in took 45 mins. Catered to cruise ship passengers more than their own guest. Not worth the price. Only one bar that closed at 10pm "

"The kitchen needs more counter space fpr cooking prep. At least a foldable counter on the side of the stove. Also, the tv did not work. I could not connect to it and it is much too high and far from the bed. "

"The resort was excellent. Food was simple but very good. Staff were amazing. Only one regret, there rental car situation was not great. Could not get a car until 3:00 in the afternoon (every day) and you had to return it 11:00 the next day. Not a good situation when you wanted to look around the island."

"The property was ok. Definitely needs renovations. My room was old and had old fortunate that was rusting. Bathroom wasn’t my favorite. Was outdated and bathtub was peeling and had missing grout. Had roaches near my sink area and weird black spots on the tile floor under the a/c. Location is great and has a pool and beach. "

"Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers "

"The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice...

"Kitchen has regular size fridge, freezer has ice machine & theres a stove. There are dishes, cookware, kettle, toaster. Bathroom has soap, & shampoo. Clean rooms. AC keeps room cool. Staff is very nice. "

"The hotel is isolated with 2 restaurant options, both great. Pool is beautiful, beach unfortunately full off seaweed and unusable to no fault of the resorts. Car is a must if you want to see the island. Overall we were very happy with resort and would return. "
