"Front Desk Staff was nonchalant about activities and car rental. Housekeeper Wakida was the one who really explained how things operated and reffered us to the Supervisor for the car rental. Restaurant Staff were good. Food was excellent and drinks were great."
"Tried changing hotels and was not able to get a refund. They moved my rooms and it didn’t get any better. Can hear every single thing at that hotel, even on the nights the club isn’t open.
The cleanliness is lacking and there is way too much deodorizer throughout the hotel which made my allergies go crazy..smelled musty in the rooms. Would definitely not stay there again. Very disappointed in my stay here. No hot water in shower…tried everything to make work and nothing."
"This hotel had a car rental service affiliated with it so it made car rentals much easier. Close to the airport, great location to be outside of the busy towns, and great location to be situated in the middle of the island, so the drive wasn’t too far from any popular sight seeing locations."

Everyone was welcoming and kind. The lady at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful.
