"Excellent breakfast choices, functional and clean room, brilliant staff, only let down for me was the sheets were too rough. I prefer Egyptian cotton not used to woollen/fleece types. I was going to complain but never got round to it. It was uncomfortable. My companion didn’t notice anything. Location great for the local Parkrun"

"The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was not having hot water one morning at 7:30am and the hotel staff being in denial about it. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay. The valet service was nice...he met us at the door and parked our car which was very welcome after the challenges encountered parking at other hotels. The room was pretty large (didn't care for the pillows, however), and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it."

"Lovely hotel in a great location for getting in to the city centre and close to great bus underground and train stations. The hotel was lovely and clean with friendly helpful staff. We had a nice clean room with the added bonus of a well equipped kitchenette. "

"The hotel is very well located if you are visiting Expo/Messe/Arena... Subway station is very close. Although one minor issue was that hotel was repairing one elevator, and customers had to use service elevator. Hope they finish soon."
