"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. "I loved my stay at Nova M Hotel. The room was lovely with big windows and a nice view of the Abaya Mall. The staff were all really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly liked that there's an iron and ironing board in the room, there is a chain lock and peep hole on the door for safety as I am a solo traveler and they are happy to reheat your food if you sign a waiver so my take aways from the night before were not wasted! "Great location closed to a subway station and easy access from the highway/airport. Room is ample, bed was comfortable and cozy. Shower has good pressure and everything was very clean. I loved that they provide a “pillow menu” with 5 options for you to choose the one you like! Breakfast has great selection of food both Arabic and western. Fresh orange juice is a must, really good! We also had lunch and dinner here and menu is extensive and fairly priced. "
