The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep.
So we asked to be moved and these rooms were not so spacious. Also the pillows and the beds weren't as comfortable.
However the rooms we moved to were quiet so we could sleep.
The housekeeping staff were very helpful. We also took advantage of the well...

They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service."
"Bed linens are not cleaned.After requesting so many times, they changed the linens. They showed the accommodation to our driver, but when he came back to sleep, that place was taken by someone else and after requesting, they arranged a bed but asked my driver to sleep without a blanket in the middle of night.
