We stayed 3 days and never received cleaning services. We chose the hotel for the hot tub as we were there for soccer tournament. The pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there. It says free breakfast but selection was small And 2 days there was nothing at all as we were told other soccer kids had come through and taken everything and they weren’t prepared with more. The place was nice but wouldn’t stay there again.

Room nicely laid out. Good beds. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise room. A family was using the grilling BBQ and picnic table. Nice to see. Replaced a broken fridge promptly. Good coffee in lobby at all hours.

They really need to upgrade their mattresses, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The doors slam so loud and you can hear everything in your room from the hallway and the other rooms.

Lovely property, very close to downtown Durango, the hot springs, and lovely hikes. The staff and service are very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast is also great. Great value and highly recommend it.

Just a 28 minute drive from Purgatory ski area. We particularly liked the morning breakfasts. There are 2 very good Japanese restaurants only 7 to 9 minute away by car: Pop Sushi and East by Southwest Sushi. They both open at 4:30 pm and have Happy Hours from 4:30 to 6 pm.

Nice, but noisy
The bed was great. The breakfast was okay. Our only negative was the noise. You can hear the neighbors snoring at night. There were a number of pets at this hotel. We heard the barking at 6 am each morning even with earplugs!

The noise from the next room was very loud. The people bext door was not loud,it just like there was nothing to decrease the sound. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn. No microwaves in rooms. Only one elevator. Ice machine was out of order on our floor. Made it very inconvenient. We've stayed here several times but a first with no microwave. We'll think twice before staying here again.The General Manager is super nice however and is a definite plus for this facility.

Dear Jane:Thank you for your honest feedback and I understand the frustration about not having a microwave in the room. Please understand that we just went through a complete renovation, and we will be putting microwaves in all rooms once completed. However, we do have microwaves that are available for those who request them and a 24 Microwave station in our lobby with all utensils and supplies needed. As for the Ice Machine we have ordered the replacement parts needed to repair it but unfortunately, they have not arrived as of yet. Please give us a second chance and you will see that we do care about your feedback, and we will make things better for your next stay.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The pocket door to the bathroom was heavy and did not slide easily. Also, the toilet made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night until we flushed it.
