Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Durango Downtown Area

Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Durango Downtown Area

8/10 Good
"We traveled with our family and specifically chose this place because of the pool, especially for the kids. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed due to remodeling. The kids were very disappointed, and it definitely impacted our experience. I wish this had been communicated beforehand, as we would have reconsidered our booking or made different arrangements. I also should have looked into it more before booking, but I feel the property should clearly disclose any amenities that are unavailable."

10/10 Excellent
"Durango is a cool town, the Boundary hotel is a cool place which perfectly matches that vibe. It seemed almost new everything is really nice and the staff especially nice. The amenities like their coffee shop/check in counter and sitting areas with comfy chairs, big screen TV, and even a nice stereo and record player were useful. We hung out there in the evening over a beer and in the morning for breakfast. The in room coffee and tea was way better than average too. The hotel is attractively priced and there are restaurants next door. It is at the north edge of town so two miles from downtown but parking in town was easy and if you don't mind going back and forth, or if you don't need to, it is a good location. Thank You for a nice stay!"
