"Stayed overnight because I was running a half marathon as part of the Fox Valley Race Series. Check in was easy; the woman at the desk was fantastic, and she even helped me get hooked up with a later checkout time so I could shower after my race before heading back home. The location was quiet, and the room was phenomenal. I loved the bed and how huge the bathroom was. Checkout was just as easy, and the woman at the desk was equally wonderful. The only hiccup was initially we were told the wrong...

"This property is located right off of the highway. Accessible to shopping. The property is clean, new, and well-maintained. The front desk staff is friendly and approachable. Edwin at the front desk took exceptional care of us. Highly recommended for a quick say, a little gambling, and a fun time in the Chicago suburbs."

"Our stay was bad. The room did not have hand towels, shampoo or body cream. The air conditioner did not work and had to be fixed. We left for a couple of hours and someone came in and took our coffee maker. It took 15 months nites for the water to get hot for a shower. Carpeting looked dirty and had a big ripple in it. It was hard to find the registration desk and there were no luggage racks to bring your stuff to your room. The worst part was 2 out of 3 elevators were not functioning and the...

"The room was clean and spacious. The walls were paper thin, and you could hear all activity in the hallway. The door didn’t have a proper seal as it let light in from the hallway at night. The elevators didn’t work the first day."

"Very disappointed for a Crown Plaza. Not that the property was dirty but it’s very dated. The carpet is old, paint chipping and the office chair had a big chunk taken out of it. They only clean the room by request and when I requested it, it took 2 days to come. Would not stay here again."
