Not something I would like to traverse at night driving back and forth into Portree for dinner. But, the good news is there is no need to because the food, both dinner and breakfast, are sublime. Our room on the attic level required a climb up two flights and was a bit small and Spartan but comfortable nevertheless."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is spectacular, the views are incredible, and the grounds are lovely. We really enjoyed taking the time to explore the property. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the unlimited water, hot chocolate, tea, and Nespresso pods. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and having electrical outlets on every wall was surprisingly convenient. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast could not have been better. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but we would particularly like to mention Cat and Frazier at the front desk. They were exceptionally welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The magnificent setting, comfortable accommodations, excellent food, and outstanding staff made this a truly memorable stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel."
