"You get what you pay for. It’s next to a Asda but the area was very quiet and we slept really well. Room was clean and comfortable with air con. Breakfast was cracking with great choice and cooked fresh. The staff were helpful professional and all lovely .

Unfortunate for anyone on the courtyard side still asleep that the recycle lorry emptied all the glass bins at 07:50. But would return. Kelso itself lovely place too. "
