"Very clean premises and room. Very attentive and friendly desk staff. I like that there is a nope pet policy. Other hotels in the area are pet friendly and they stink and get ruined. I didn't use other available amenities but I'm sure it's all outstanding."

"Night time desk and front of house security are amazing. Very customer service driven, made me felt welcome every time I entered as we stayed 2 nights. One bad experience with the morning desk worker. Not sure of the exact policy but I asked if there was anyway she could make a one time exception to allow my sister and myself to check out 1 hour later than normally scheduled. She said โuhm yea we could but Iโll have to charge yah 50 bucks.โ I payed $304 after tax for 2 nights and 3 days. That was for me personally, an extremely terrible customer service experience after having an amazing time regardless of that. Plus, that was our last interaction before we left, which was kind of disappointing as we were very excited initially to come back and that kind of hindered our future choices now. I know in certain situations it is out of the discretion of the manager. It was our first time spending the night there. As someone who has worked in customer service for 17 years and seven of those in management to me the correct customer service thing to have done wouldโve been to let us check out one hour late as there was over 900 rooms. Besides that we had a great experience!"

"We generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff made up the room wonderfully every day. The restaurant served very good food but often closed early and the bar only stayed open until 10 pm even on Friday and Saturday night. There were some issues that were bothersome. Womenโs bathroom in lobby was out of order the whole 10 days we were there. Television in room kept going in and out because they use satellite service. The second day it rained and there was visible leaking from ceilings in lobby, entrance to Bistro and in corridor from guest rooms on first floor, with buckets to catch water. We were in room 215 and the first or second night there was someone in the room next door playing music very loudly until well after midnight. Inside appearance was somewhat run down. Peeling wallpaper visible in lobby. There were no darts for the dart board in the bar area. There was no breakfast service at the Bistro on Sat 8/8."
