"A wonderfully convenient and tidy property perfect for attending a conference at Otago Uni. The kitchen was particularly good and a bonus to have a washing machine, although I didn't need the latter."

"This was our fourth stay in six weeks. Buffet breakfast is a must and plenty of meal options for lunch and dinner from Parcels restaurant. Overall fantastic service. "
"We stated for two nights and made booking for two bedrooms. We got a suite with a main door leading to two spacious bedrooms, an ensuite, two basic kitchenette’s and two separate bathrooms. The location was five minutes walk from town centre and Dunedin railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. "
"After arriving we noticed a smell in the room, spoke to reception, who did not seem interested. Smelt like a dog had been in the room. Disappointed no 2nd TV."
