"This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. "

"I have stayed at this resort several times. The last two not so good from the check-in process and no hot water after calling the front desk twice. Not enough people to clean rooms meaning them telling you check in could be 5pm. Unacceptable"

"A Classic 70’s motel. Owner-Manager very nice & helpful. Room was simple but clean . Location was close enough to walk to Chili’s, Duncan Donuts ; great coffee. Breakfast croissant - sandwich was good as well. Also very close to the Sponge Dock area !"
