"This property was spotlessly clean! The parking was easy and the area safe with walkable restaurants. It’s very close to first beach and the cliff walk. The coffee, fresh fruit and grab able breakfast options were perfect for us as well. The owner was super friendly with a very easy check in. I hope to stay again next time we are in Newport! "

"absolutely LOVED this place, and now that we've seen how difficult it is to find parking in newport, we're thankful we picked a place with parking! innkeeper tonie is an absolute gem, super approachable and helpful, provided great local info and recommendations. the room was perfect and very comfortable, and my favorite perk was having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 via a keurig with pods and a mini fridge for creamer. for me, this is a huge plus. we only stayed one night, and breakfast...

"Very nice room, clean and had everything we needed."

"We spent 2 nights at the Inn. The location was so perfect - we were able to walk to the Wharf area for activities and restaurants but also was far enough away from how busy that area can be on weekends. There is a coffee place just down the block but not really needed as the breakfast at the inn was delicious. The onsite parking was so convenient. Liz was so welcoming and made us feel at home. We were in the first floor room which had a huge bathroom and shower and the bed was very comfy. ...
