"No parking on site, as a disabled driver this created a problem, the nearest parking in station car park and only 2 disabled parking spaces! Arrived late and there were no options for getting something to eat! Appears there are 2 Union Streets in Dundee, make sure you get the right one if using Satnav!"

"rooms fully air-conditioned, the room was clean, breakfast was good but they don't tell you that you can order eggs vegetarian sausages and other items from the kitchen, also they take a £50 deposit at check in where other hotels don't they just use a card for security; but all in all a nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff"

"Room was spotlessly clean, lots of power sockets. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff. Hotel is set on an incline so there are some steps inside the hotel. The view from the restaurant overlooking the river was fabulous. Bus stop next door with regular buses to Dundee City Centre. 15 minute walk (slightly uphill) from Dundee Airport."

"Spotless hotel in a perfect location right by the Firth of Tay. Broughty Ferry (suburb of Dundee) is a super walkable town with great charm, and having the train station just a short stroll away was extremely convenient. The haggis served at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the morning. Above all, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We stayed there in mid-July."
