"Apex is a beautiful hotel with some of the best people in hospitality. They ensured that our experience was wonderful. In particular we travelled a distance but got there early. The Front Desk receptionist was, nevertheless, able to get us in a room. It was so appreciated! And the experience only got better. I highly recommend."

"We booked this hotel due to the dog friendly room and the spa. However the furnishings in the room were dirty and stained (large stains on curtains and pillows) the shower was surrounded by mould and the doorway was bumped and chipped. The spa was dirty throughout both in the changing rooms and the swimming pool area, mosaic tiles were missing and dirty water with hairs in was pooling on even surfaces. "Beautiful grounds and location !!! The hotel inside needs updating screams for a makeover , it’s smelly : like damp / mould the carpets are old and dirty but the decor is nice and has the potential to be massively improved , the outside is not reflected inside like they are 2 different properties . Staff all nice and friendly , pool could do with some loungers as there are only 4 to be shared by all families how ? Also the amount of chemicals used in the pool area made our eyes sting and was...

"Fabulous well appointed lodge in a gorgeous location , everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing stay. Buffet Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the 3 course inclusive dinner menu was fantastic and delicious . Staff were welcoming and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A welcome pack was left for us which was a lovely surprise ! A short drive to Gleneagles and Auchterarder , which were delightful and a great base to explore further afield. We will surely return."
