"Upon check in, I was sitting in a wheelchair and even though I made the reservation, the front desk girl did not converse with me when my husband went to the car to retrieve my purse. Once my husband came back, conversation was between my husband and the front desk girl. Not cool!! Check out was different. The front desk girl bent over backwards to get us out of our room.
