"Waited over 30 minutes at the airport for a pick up. Rather disappointed that the shuttle doesn’t start till 7:00z. Had to get an uber to go to airport for early flight. Had no breakfast cause I had to leave before it started. Not even coffee in the lobby, very sad for us travelers. Don’t think I will be back to this one"

"Beautiful facility. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quick check in with personable employees. I had an issue with room assignment due to my mobility issues at times. Nicole at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!! Gold star employee! Changed our room and it made all the difference!"

"We were so upset when we checked in. I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We got there and were told that it was closed. There was no mention of the pool being closed throughout the booking process. Additionally, the breakfast was just ok. The food was cold and there were not a lot of options. I expected a little bit more for the price we had to pay for it. The room was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...
