"Room was very clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is an excellent location if you are willing to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach the inner city tourist area. I liked that the Rewe super market was just a 10 minute walk. Neighborhood is safe and just about 20 minute walk to the haupbahnhof. Only downside is my room was facing Herzogsstrasse and it's very noisy at night especially if you wish to leave a window open for fresh air. Overall good experience for inexpensive, affordable basic...

We felt very welcomed by the wonderful staff, from personally showing us to our room to the restaurant staff going out of their way to ensure my wife had one more schnitzel before leaving Germany. All-in-all, it was a memorable moment on our vacation, after a series of forgettable budget hotels. And the historical town of Wassenberg is worth a visit, even though it’s off the beaten path.
