"The pool was ok. Super overcrowded since it was the only pool that <21 years old could go to. They are building a waterpark and removed the other pool in prep for that waterpark. They could do a better job cleaning the pool. They had two different people playing music at the pool while we were there. We preferred the DJ over Will the guitar guy. "Everything about this location is excellent. One of the best experiences for me and the family. Stunning views and two pools to choose from. We definitely found a "must stay here" location in the keys. Front desk staff has always been professional, and accommodating. Susie helped our family out with staying an additional night because we loved the place that much. Thank you so veey much again!"

"The room was great - very well stocked and had everything - beach towels, toiletries, a cooler...things you need on a trip but don't want to buy or bring. My biggest issue with this property is that it had no view at all in the room we were in and no place to hang out, was right on the road so you could hear all the road noise and the bed made a ton of noise every time you moved. It is right next to a nice restaurant that has a great view and ambience. I think some of the rooms have views but...

"The pool and pool area was nice. We liked how there was a separate adult pool from the kids pool. Also, the room was clean and had clean towels everyday. But, they allow dogs which was not a pleasant experience. Yipey dogs during the day & night was very disturbing and annoying. "

" My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well "
