"The property is good but the rooms need to be upkept better. We rented three rooms and one of them smelled pretty bad like a wet smell the other room drain was not working too good. We found the breakfast extremely bad, expensive and with little offerings. "This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !"

"The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies...

"The room and dining were very good. Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good."

"The first room is the room we reserved and paid for, a ground level with king, beach front, and water view. We asked to be moved because of the strong smell of mildew. My family and I very allergic and did not feel safe in that room. We tried using the phone to ask to be moved but it wasn’t working so we went up to the front and felt bad to complain in front of other guests. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. "The property was very clean very well located, and the staff was wonderful. My problem is with their description of some of the amenities. In the ad, they mention self parking it doesn’t mention that it’s $20 a day unless you tap on where it says parking also nowhere on the ad does it say that there is a $35 resort fee daily? Another thing it says there is beach access. There is no beach at this resort."

"This is an old, small motel which about 7 studio rooms that are clean but basic, a refrigerator & microwave, no coffee pot, and air conditioning. Parking is right at your door so that's convenient. There's wifi and a TV. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a little cafe beyond that. This is basic, inexpensive if that's what you're looking for."
