"Excellent facilities with plenty of amenities. They had a really cute store with nice dresses, purses and bathing suites. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and the hotel has some amazing views. The bus sits right outside of the hotels front door which makes getting into Old Town extremely easy. Staff were all super sweet and helpful. I would stay here again, no complaints."

"It was very hot when we were in Dubrovnik so having a pool at the hotel was great. We were always able to find a lounge chair & pool towels were provided. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet, as well as the covered patio where we had lunch. Food was good. Staff was very helpful. The marina across the street was lovely and we found the whole area to be quiet compared to the old town area. Easy bus ride to the town. Also many good restaurants near the hotel....

"The sea becomes extremely deep almost immediately, yet there is no lifeguard on the beach watching over people in the water. There was only one lifeguard standing passively near the swimming pool area, which has a depth of just 1.5 metres. This is ridiculous considering how deep and turbulent the sea is. In addition, the railings leading into the sea are very old and covered in rust. I did not feel safe at all, especially while visiting with my child. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to...

"Stunning views from the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the bad, the pools close too early (8pm) in the summer. A vending machine and ice machine would be helpful, especially when people try to adjust to the time zone and get hungry after hours."

"Our overall stay was ok. The air-conditioning literally did not keep the room cool it was 74° in the room. We let the staff know and they said it was centrally controlled, and that was the temperature they set for the whole building. It was very uncomfortable and I was glad we only stayed there one night. The pool is very small and set up and such a way where in order to get in the pool you have to walk inches away from all the other hotel guests through their chairs. Basically making the pool...

"Tolles Hotel, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage!"

"Old property, rooms definitely need a lot of work, I had to haul all the luggage for three of us up around 200 stairs by myself, no elevator, no one to help, they didn’t even bother to come and show our room so I had to find it myself in a dark setting in middle of 5 buildings. Towels are very old, AC was set on low and couldn’t change and was very noisy. Will not stay or recommend to anyone"
