"During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

"This hotel is fabulous! Picturesque, quiet and the staff were so very helpful. It’s remote from old town Dubrovnik, but has pools, beach and wonderful restaurants. It’s a little pricey, but often you get what you pay for….I look forward to my next visit!"

"Staff made our stay an amazing experience. The property itself needs a little refurbishing, as it’s a bit outdated for a 5 star hotel, but the service was excellent and made up for that. Medina from the breakfast team was so wonderful."

"Nice place in the peaceful area of Plat. If you don't have a car it's easy to get to places either by bus or taxi. Pool with bar and beach area with bar as well. You can also get water taxis to Cavtat and Dubrovnik from here. Also has on site restaurant. As others have said, it is cash only. So make sure you have plenty of euros. There is an ATM on site though. Overall very happy with our stay. Great staff 🙂"

"Hôtel qui pour moi est plutôt un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles. Il manquait tous les petits extras que l’on est en droit d attendre d’un 5 étoiles. Pas de stylo, pas de papier dans la chambre. Aucun minibar, personnel pas spécialement sympathique. La nourriture du restaurant auprès de la piscine ou room service pas génial. La plage n’est pas terrible."

"Lovely cool clean room, comfortable bed, great view from the balcony, excellent breakfast buffet. Loved the small pool but shortage of recliners. Nice beach but must pay to rent chair and shade umbrella if you desire such. The pizza place on the water was great."

"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. Check-in from 2pm means exactly this,...

"Room have carpet floor - Ugly and old Room is very small Hotel is a real 3 star, Amazing pool and view Food is ok for 4 days max. If you have kids they have a lovely space called maro world The all in idea was a great idea even better with beverages all day. Location is also nice but only if you don't mind to walk 30min to Lapad center. You can trust in this hotel and all about it."

"This hotel needs an update. I understand the building is old but is poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Not even the essential bathroom amenities are available. Shower clogged, door did not work, not my favorite. The location is good!"
