A good convenient location for waterfront and ferry. Tidy accommodation but you can hear the room next door talking which is a bit disconcerting. Very well equipped kitchen.

Die Lage zum Hafen, öffentlichen Nahverkehr und zentralem Busbahnhof (Shuttle zum Flughafen) ist ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend!

Good and affordable

Convenient location from bus stop. 10 minutes to old town by car. Pillows and sheets could be better quality. It would be good to have housekeeping and have the room cleaned every day. Cleaning lady with an attitude. Good an very affordable for the area.

Accueil excellent, appartement au top !

Appartement très fonctionnel, agréable à vivre, très propre, et bien placé près de nombreux restaurants, banques, supérettes... Les lignes de bus 1a, 1b, et 3 permettent d'être dans la vieille ville en 10 mn. Hôtesse très accueillante et donnant toutes les explications liées à l'appartement et au parking couvert et fermé, ainsi que de précieux conseils afin de bien profiter du séjour à Dubrovnik.

Wir hatten die große Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick über den Hafen aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom nahe gelegenen Hafen fuhren Busse direkt zur Altstadt.

Ren, stor lejlighed, men med meget støj

Vi havde glædet os til en lækker udsigt over havnen fra vores altan, hvilket vi ikke helt fik, da der var igang med at blive bygget en kæmpe bygning foran. Der rendte håndværkere rundt og kunne kigge direkte ind i stuen. Træls. Derudover har naboen en kæmpe hund, som vækkede os med dens gøen flere nætter og tidlige morgener.

Small studio, good parking

Nice clean newer little studio. A little distance from old town, so not much to do around the area. Lacks amenities. Shower not comfortable as no soap or shampoo holder (on the floor)! Lack of kitchen supplies as salt, pepper, tea, etc. sofa bed too short or too small for adult. Very nice and attentive agent (Ivona).

Cosy Studio with Terrace

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Karmen, in the Lavender Studio Apartment. It was very clean and a good size for a couple. Separate bathroom, and a Terrace which was lovely to sit out on. The studio has a kitchenette in the corner which is well stoked with utensils. Close to transport and restaurants, we found getting around easy. Ivona was welcoming and helpful when checking in. Would recommend as a lovely place to stay.

Lovely

I attended with my 3 kids. Great location - 30min walk to Sunset beach and 40min walk to Old City. Uber is best if travelling in groups compared to busses. Nice Appartment but don't leave any food on the floor as there are ants in the area.

El apartamento no es fácil de encontrar, especialmente por la noche (está detrás del Hotel Petka). Está situado cerca del puerto y de la estación de autobuses. La zona histórica de Dubrovnik está lejos para ir andando. Los autobuses 1A, 1B, 3 y 8 te llevan a esa zona con buena frecuencia. Hay un supermercado (Konzum) y restaurantes cerca. Nosotros estuvimos en un apartamento de la planta baja que tenía una pequeña terraza con vistas a una pared. Otros apartamentos tenían muchas mejores vistas que el nuestro. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. La anfitriona muy amable. Nos facilitó amplia información sobre Dubrovnik.

Ok, but not worth the hefty price.

For an apartment charging 115GBP per night, I expected to have atleast 1 housekeeping during my 5 nights stay. Very disappointed that it was not explicitly listed on Hotels.com website that there was no daily housekeeping.

Good Apartment somewhat Unfriendly Owners

We were stuck in the border for two hours on the bus and could not communicate with them that we arrive almost Midnight I checked here and it said check in till midnight so I was relieved we arrived there 11:40 and the lady waiting for us in the garage was so angry and unwelcoming like it’s our fault very bad first impression. Then I asked for laundry facilities as per written in hotels.com she said we don’t have but we can do your laundries for free which was still good. No room service and not even refill of small smple shampoos which were terrible and when I asked for extra towels she refused. I couldn’t believe it I was never refused asking for towels in any hotel in my life . I asked for late checkout she said checkout is 10 am but you can leave your luggage under the staircase which again worked for us fine but again not even an hour ?! These were the hiccups but good side good location walkable to bus station and if you ate catching ferry to Split very close to port as well . Walalable to main bus station as well. Clean and new almost. Air condition is not in your room so have to leave door open and put it on ultimate turbo mode lowest temp to work fine for you. Overall good apartment a little bit unfriendly owners.

Clean, comfy, 25 min walk to the old town, 25 min walk to the other nice section with bars/ restaurants (I can’t remember the name). Excellent host, really friendly and very helpful!

Täydellinen huoneisto pidempään vierailuun!

Kiva pieni, siisti ja halpa huoneisto lähellä satamaa, rauhallisella paikalla. Yksiö oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava esimerkiksi kokkailuun. Lähellä oli isompi ruokakauppa, leipomoita, ravintoloita ja kahvila. Bussipysäkki noin 300m päässä ja vanhaan kaupunkiiin ja rannoille pääsi helposti ja nopeasti bussilla. Bussiasema myös lähellä ja lentokentälle sekä muualle Kroatiaan/Montenegroon ym pääsi helposti. Suosittelen kaikille!

Brand new apartment well connected to the old town

After a disappointing first impression by the hostess (who was unwelcoming and unfriendly due to the delay of our flight), we did really enjoy our stay at Villa Karmen. The property was clean and perfectly equipped. Buses to old town are very frequent and in about 8 minutes they drop you at Dubrovnik old town. The furniture is cosy and the beds comfortable, even the sofa bed was firm and perfect to sleep for days. I would recommend everyone this apartment. However, pls do not make it late on you arrival day so that the hostess temper remains unseen.
